Is the course suitable for me?

The course is designed for people who are passionate about working with children to help uplift and create calm through yoga.

​

You do not need any particular qualifications but do require: 

​

- an established yoga practice (e.g. attending a weekly class for at least 3 months or more);

​

- a good level of fitness & mobility to ensure that you can demonstrate the poses safely and clearly;

​

The course is not suitable for completion during pregnancy.
